N O T I C E
\nNOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the National State of Disaster as announced by
\nthe State President Cyril Ramaphosa and the subsequent drop to Level 1, all public
\namenities within the area of Ndlambe Municipality including Beaches, Parks & Recreation
\nareas are again open for public use.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Libraries will open as from 28 September 2020; and\u00a0Halls will beavailable for use once renovations (where applicable) have been done.
\nIt must be noted, however, that the use of these facilities are subject to strict hygiene
\nprotocols, as decreed by the President. This is including, but not limited to:
\nThe wearing of a mask in all public places
\nCompleting of registers when entering premises (where relevant)
\nHaving your temperature taken when entering premises (where relevant)
\nHaving your hands sanitized (where relevant).
\nFurther, it must be noted that
\nthe number of people allowed in a Municipal Hall or Library may not exceed 50% of
\nthe normal capacity of that building;
\ngatherings in other venues may not exceed 250 people indoors; and
\n500 people outdoors.
\nWe confirm further that the Ndlambe Municipality full staff complement will return to work as
\nfrom 28 September 2020.
